Our goal is to win your remanufactured toner and recycling business. We will spare no effort in doing so. Many of you know us as RecycleFirst. As RecycleFirst we run recycling programs in the State of Massachusetts for over 340 state and federal agencies, major corporations, and educational institutions from large universities to grammar schools and garden clubs.

Our contract under OFF16 is for the sale of remanufactured toner cartridges. And as part of that contract we must provide recycling services. Our programs are free, we pay for many of the cartridges and cell phones and will take back cartridges and phones no matter what the condition or type.

Although this is our first time on the Operational Service Department’s Comm-PASS toner contract we are very experienced in the remanufactured toner/recycling industry as our senior management has been involved since the very beginning of the industry. And in addition we have over 3,000 Federal accounts in both the United States and abroad. We are proud of our record with both GSA Advantage and Department of Defense E-Mall.
