Lead time:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be placed on the distribution center that day and will be shipped ground. Allow 3-7 days for delivery. Premium freight is available and chargeable.

Terms:
Our payment terms are 5% 15, net 30

Warranties and Specifications:
Product warranty: 1 year from date of purchase provided that the product has been properly stored. Credit or replacement cartridges will be issued after product has been returned and inspected.

Out of box failures:
Product will be replaced in the first 30 days after sale at no cost provided the cartridge is returned within 15 days after reported failure. Should product prove not to be defective then an invoice for the replacement product will be issued.

Performance warranty:
All remanufactured cartridges are guaranteed to perform in the equipment that the product has been designed for. Should the cartridges cause damage to the equipment then repairs or replacement equipment will be provided at no charge to the customer. We reserve the right to inspect the equipment or request a written damager report from a qualified source.

Specifications:
All remanufactured cartridges are designed and built to meet or exceed the manufacturer’s specifications. Yields are indicated in the product specifications.
